Business Launchpad is an AI business planning tool for UK founders. It turns a one-sentence idea into a Founder Brief in about 30 seconds, then builds the other twelve sections of a thirteen-section plan in the background, from brand and market through to a pitch deck, a financial model and a full written business plan, and gives an honest verdict on the whole idea. It is made by LuxVibeWeb Limited, a small studio in Epsom, Surrey.
Why it exists
Most business planning tools start by asking for a business plan. Most founders start with a sentence and a feeling. The gap between those two things is where ideas die: in a notes app, in a spreadsheet template nobody finishes, in a course that never gets past module two.
We built Business Launchpad to close that gap in the right order. First you get something useful with no commitment: a brief that names the problem, the first customer, the business model and the biggest risk. Only then do you decide whether to go deeper. The interview, the full build and the downloadable pack are there when the idea has earned them.
How the product works
- You describe an idea in one or two sentences. An AI model writes a Founder Brief: problem, solution, first customer, value proposition, business model, biggest risk and the first thing to do this week. No account is needed.
- A free account saves the brief and builds the other twelve sections. They come in four groups. Foundation: Founder Brief and Brand Studio. Market: Market Size & Timing, Competitors, Your Customers, and Position & Go-to-market. Build: MVP Planner, Licences & Insurance, Launch Roadmap, AI Opportunities and Financial Projections. Documents: Pitch Deck and Business Plan. Each section reads the ones before it.
- The build runs on our servers, so it carries on if you leave the page, lock your phone or close the app, and a build queue shows everything building. It pauses once, after the first three sections, to offer the founder interview: about three minutes of quick questions, or a longer conversation, typed or spoken. Skip it and everything still builds. A full build usually takes 15 to 25 minutes.
- Every field is editable in place and keeps a version history. Editing a section marks the sections built on it as out of date, and one tap rebuilds those. On the Founder plan you can also regenerate a section with your own instructions or rewrite a single field.
- Once the market sections and the financials exist, the Validation Verdict says plainly whether to build, reposition or leave it because the market is too crowded, with four scores out of 100. A red team of five sceptics then checks its objections against the plan and says which ones it cannot yet answer.
- The launch checklist turns the roadmap, the red team's work items and the licence lead times into one dated list, and the funding route finder starts by asking whether you should raise at all before marking fifteen UK routes as open to you, worth checking or not this one.
- On the Founder plan you download one ZIP: a branded PDF plan with charts, a PowerPoint pitch deck, an Excel financial model with live formulas, a one-page Founder Snapshot and a brand kit. Investor Review reads a PDF deck or plan you already have from the side of the reader it is going to.
- The Ideas Vault keeps the ideas you are not ready to build yet, until you are.
What it is not
Business Launchpad is not legal, financial or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for talking to customers. Every number in a financial projection is an illustration until you replace it with your own. We say this on the pages where it matters, not just here, because a plan that looks finished can be more dangerous than no plan at all.
